This liptint is avaible in 4 different shades:
No.1: Red Choux           No.2: Pink Choux           No.3: Strawberrx Choux

No.4: Tangerine Choux

Here I'm going to review shade #1 Red Choux

The product claims to be semi-permanent, smooth, giving off natural radiance creating the effect of moist lips. Long lasting tint and youthful lip glow!

The packaging is a squeeze tube. Compact and travelfriendly :) It should fit in any make-bag which is a big plus.

The lip tint has a gel-like texture and very pigmented.

Does it smell?
Yes, it smells like bubblegum when applying, which I don't mind.

You can easily spread the product and it doesn't feel sticky even though the lip tint has a glossy finish.

First picture: I used some lip concealer on top of my moisturized lips to show off the true color.
Second picture: I have applied a tiny bit of tint using my fingers in a dabbing motion. My lips look natural and slightly rosy. Not glossy but it rather has a natural glow.
Third picture: I put on a second layer for more glossy and pinkish lips, creating more dimension.

After washing the product off with lukewarm and cold water the tint still remains. It does indeeed stain your lips and is longlasting. But I don't think that the liptint is oil-resistant since using an oil-based make-up remover removes it.

Do I recommend it?/ Would I buy it again?

Maybe, but I don't really have to. The lip tint is affordable and very versatile and on top of that buildable. I prefer to use my fingers in a dabbing motion to achieve a more natural tint and glow.
It stains my lips and even after eating you can still see the color (but looks more matte)!

Pros:
  • affordable
  • a tiny bit goes a long way
  • buildable
  • longlasting
  • quick application
  • travelfriendly
  • stains the lips

Cons:
  • smell could bother some people (I don't mind it)

ASTOR Soft Sensation Lipcolor Butter: Ultra Vibrant Color (021 Keep in Touch) Swatch + Demo + Review

This is my first time trying out the ASTOR Soft Sensation Lipcolor Butter: Ultra Vibrant Color.

It is avaible in various shades but I got 021 Keep in Touch which is a vibrant red.

On the packaging the product claims to be a Lipbutter with
'MOISTURISING VIBRANT COLOR' with an all in 1 function ,thus containing Vibrant color + Lipbalm + Shine.

The packaging is simple and resembles your moisture balm stick (from CLINIQUE, Bourjois and Rimmel etc) with the twist cap. Nothing special.
Does it smell?
Yes, it does smell a bit artificial.

The tip is slanted making it easy to follow your lip line when applying.

The lipstick itself comes with quite a lot of product.

You can definitely build up the color. On the top: I swatched it only once giving it a slight pinky undertone making it quite wearable for a daytime makeup or a the gradient lip that is very popular in korean culture.

On the bottom: I swatched it twice showing the true color of the lip butter which is a warm red.

The red is very vibrant and has ,as the product claims, a glossy finish
Since the product didn't claim to be longlasting I didn't expect it to stay on for hours.
But the application is definitely smooth and the product itself is very moisturizing with a great color payoff considering it being a drugstore product.

You have to re-apply it after eating and refrain from letting your lips come in contact with anything, thus refrain from kissing your boo since the product slips and slides :(

Other than that it is alright.

Do I recommend it/ Should I buy it?

I wouldn't buy it again. I usually prefer lip tints, lip stains and matte products. Even though it does do what it claims I do not really like it because it slips and slides around too much and I like products with no re-application better. So if you're looking for a moisturizing ,glossy lipbutter with great color pay-off and don't mind re-applying, then this is for you ♥

PROS:
  • smooth, easy + quick application
  • great color pay-off
  • moisturizing
  • drugstore (I paid around 7 dollars)

CONS:
  • slips and slides
  • not longlasting
  • you have to re-apply
  • artificial scent
